Small group fitness training for 2-4 participants.  The rate is based on max 3 with a $20 additional charge for the 4th participant.  After the first session you will be invoiced additionally for that if necessary.  All equipment provided, all you need is an exercise mat, towel and YOU.


When you attend our small group fitness training, you’ll experience a semiprivate training session with a coach that will focus on performance.  Creating a positive mindset, dialing in your goal-specific nutrition, learning how to move properly and what it takes to recover so you can hit it hard again soon.  Whether you goals are to improve energy levels, run your first 5-10k, lose a couple of sizes, or feel stronger, we can help you reach your goals with small group personal training.

Each session accommodates up to four attendees and features fun, safe, and effective movements to help the group achieve their fitness goals.

Our focus is not just to workout, it’s to constantly adapt and progress, keeping the results coming and you coming back.
