General Participation Guidelines

🔹All participants must complete the required registration and waiver forms before attending any class or private session.

🔹Minors (under 18) must have a parent or guardian’s signature on file.

🔹Participants should arrive on time and be ready to train at the scheduled start time.

🔹Respect others — disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.

Location & Weather Policy

🔹Sessions take place outdoors, at community parks and spaces, unless otherwise specified.

🔹In the case of inclement weather (heavy rain, lightning, unsafe conditions), sessions may be rescheduled

🔹Clients will be notified of weather adjustments via text or email at least 60 minutes before class time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for private or semi-private sessions.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged in full.

  • No-shows for group sessions are non-refundable and may result in the loss of a session credit.

  • Participants may reschedule via Vagaro or by contacting Coach Bryan directly.

Dress Code & Equipment

  • Wear athletic shoes and comfortable workout clothing appropriate for outdoor movement.

  • Bring a water bottle, towel, and yoga mat (if applicable).

  • For youth sessions, ensure participants are dressed for weather conditions (e.g. layers, hat, sunscreen).

Health & Safety

  • Participants should be injury-free and cleared for physical activity by a healthcare provider.

  • Please inform Coach Bryan of any health issues, medications, or restrictions before the session begins.

  • Wired Fitness reserves the right to modify exercises based on ability and safety needs.

Billing & Refunds

  • Payments are due in advance via Vagaro or approved direct methods.

  • No refunds for missed sessions, unless cancelled by Wired Fitness.

  • Session packages must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Special Considerations for Youth & Neurodiverse Participants

  • Youth with behavioral or sensory needs are welcome — however, participation may be contingent on support availability, group dynamics, and safety.

  • SDRC-authorized families must comply with billing and scheduling protocols as outlined in their agreement.
