Yes — for adults only. Your first adult outdoor group fitness class is free. It’s a great way to meet our community and experience our training style.
Youth fitness programs are not free, but we offer flexible pricing options based on session frequency and format.
No worries. Our expert coaches tailor every session to your ability level. Whether you’re coming back from injury, dealing with limitations, or just starting out, we’ll modify movements to keep you safe, confident, and progressing.
Our adult outdoor classes are priced to fit any schedule:
As low as $10 per session with a monthly commitment
$20 per drop-in session with no commitment
Choose what fits your lifestyle — consistency brings the biggest results
We group kids by setting and maturity:
Private youth groups: Start at 8 years old
Outdoor group fitness: Minimum 10 years old
Gym-based training: Must be 13+
We ensure every child trains safely, has fun, and builds a foundation of strength and confidence.
Calorie burn varies by intensity, effort, and fitness level, but typically:
Women burn up to 500 calories per session
Men burn up to 800 calories per session
Expect a full-body challenge using resistance, intervals, and cardio circuits — all outdoors.
