We group kids by setting and maturity:

  • Private youth groups: Start at 8 years old

  • Outdoor group fitness: Minimum 10 years old

  • Gym-based training: Must be 13+
    We ensure every child trains safely, has fun, and builds a foundation of strength and confidence.

Calorie burn varies by intensity, effort, and fitness level, but typically:

  • Women burn up to 500 calories per session

  • Men burn up to 800 calories per session
    Expect a full-body challenge using resistance, intervals, and cardio circuits — all outdoors.
