Our Youth Fitness Training Programs around San Diego will provide a fun, motivating atmosphere that will challenge your children to set and reach their goals, raise confidence in their abilities and performance and help them to discover their strengths.
Our one-on-one and small group programs are designed for all levels of athletes or non-athletes, boys and girls, from all sports and backgrounds. Our trainers will be there to guide, encourage, instruct and motivate your kids and help them to achieve their fitness goals in the safest environment to keep them injury free.
Private sessions are at a location of your choice, outdoors in a park setting by you, a specific park location, your backyard or gym facility in your neighborhood. All of our equipment is mobile. Small group locations will be coordinated for all parties participating to make it convenient and centralized.
A study published in the International Journal of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity, concluded: 1) Children and youth 5-17 years of age should accumulate an average of at least 60 minutes per day and up to several hours of at least moderate intensity physical activity per week. 2) More vigorous activities should be incorporated or added when possible, including strength exercises. 3) Aerobic activity should make up the majority of the physical activity with muscle strengthening at least 3 days per week.
