SMALL GROUP FITNESS TRAINING

Our small group fitness training sessions are designed to improve motivation, accountability, fitness results, and overall health for people of all experience levels.

When you attend our group training, you’ll experience a semiprivate training session with a coach that will focus on performance.  Creating a positive mindset, dialing in your goal-specific nutrition, learning how to move properly and what it takes to recover so you can hit it hard again soon.  Whether you goals are to improve energy levels, run your first 5-10k, lose a couple of sizes, or feel stronger, we can help you reach your goals with small group personal training.

Each session accommodates up to four attendees and features fun, safe, and effective movements to help the group achieve their fitness goals.
