Two Convenient Locations: Convenience meets excellence with our strategically located facilities. Choose between Boulevard Fitness in University Heights, catering to teens ages 13 and up, or our Pt Loma gym, exclusively for ages 16 and above. Both locations offer a welcoming and supportive environment where your teen can thrive, whether they prefer the camaraderie of small group training or the focused attention of one-on-one sessions. With multiple options to suit your teen’s needs and preferences, finding the perfect fit has never been easier.  *We also offer in home-weight training, or at your private community gym at other locations convenient to you in your neighborhood.

Looking to Further Amplify Their Fitness Journey? We Offer Two Additional Options

Cross-Train for Peak Performance: Supplement their weight training with our Youth Fitness classes in Mission Bay Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 PM or in Pacific Highlands Ranch on Mondays  and Wednesdays at 4:00 PM. These classes are perfect for all ages 13+ and provide a fun, dynamic environment to sharpen skills, build muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and improve overall performance.

Challenge Themselves with our Adult Classes (16+): For older teens seeking an extra push, our adult classes offer a more intense, faster-paced, and challenging environment with a supportive community. This is a fantastic opportunity to take their training to the next level. These classes are in Mission Bay Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM, and Saturdays at 8:00 AM.

Pricing for these sessions are as follows: 

  • 1-ON-1 Sessions range from $75-100/session based on location, and can vary based on travel.
  • Small Groups (2-3) in the gym are $50/ea. per session.
  • Youth Fitness Classes (Max 6 participants) classes are $40/ea. per session
  • Adult Fitness Classes (up to 20 participants) are $20/ea. per person
