Each session is designed to keep kids engaged, progressing, and having fun. Classes are grouped by age and skill level, with coaching that adapts to the individual.

All classes are led by certified youth fitness professionals with years of experience coaching kids ages 8–18.

No prior fitness experience is needed. Every participant starts where they are and progresses from there.
