Neurodiverse group fitness for teens isn’t just about movement—it’s a powerful tool for helping teens thrive physically, emotionally, and socially in a world that often doesn’t understand their needs.

For parents of teens with autism, ADHD, or other neurodevelopmental conditions, it can be hard to find structured environments that are supportive, safe, and effective. Large gyms are overwhelming. School PE classes don’t offer personal attention. And team sports often leave neurodiverse teens feeling left out.

That’s why we created Wired Fitness San Diego’s small-group training program—a flexible, fully adaptive fitness solution built specifically for neurodiverse teens ages 13–18.

Led by Coach Bryan, a fitness expert with a Master’s in Exercise Science and over two decades of experience training youth with behavioral, sensory, and cognitive challenges, this program delivers more than physical results. It provides a consistent, structured outlet where teens can build movement skills, reduce stress, boost mood, and develop lasting social confidence in a setting that works for them.

Even better? If your teen is a client of the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC), these small-group sessions may be fully funded—and we’ll walk you through the approval process step-by-step.
