At the heart of this program is the belief that your body is a vessel — and it’s your responsibility to care for it with intention.

As 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 reminds us, “Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit… therefore honor God with your body.”

This class is more than just movement. It’s about:

✅ Full-body training using bodyweight, free weights, resistance bands, TRX, and more

✅ Encouragement in a fun, social, non-judgmental environment

✅ Led by a professional trainer that will modify every movement to match your needs, ensuring the best experience for your body, goals, and comfort level
