While we’re no longer holding classes in Carmel Valley, the spirit of our bootcamp lives on in other locations nearby. Coach Bryan’s structured outdoor workouts offer the same energy, challenge, and support that made our Carmel Valley program a community favorite.
These bootcamp-style classes are designed for adults and teens 16+, with a wide range of ages (most between 30–50). Sessions are scalable for beginners and still intense enough to push seasoned fitness enthusiasts.
Think of it as HIIT meets real coaching — not military-style shouting, but structured intensity with accountability. We won’t let you coast through, but we also won’t push you beyond safe limits. It’s about smart progression, full-body transformation, and results you can feel and see.
Bootcamp workouts include resistance training, cardio bursts, and functional movement patterns. This style promotes muscle definition, increased endurance, fat loss, and lasting lifestyle change. There’s a reason people say it’s addictive — it works.
