At Boulevard Fitness in University Heights, our sessions cater to teens aged 14-18, providing an intimate setting with 1-4 participants. Led by Coach Bryan, who boasts over 35 years of workout experience and 25 years of training expertise, our program focuses on mastering lifting mechanics, honing movement techniques, and fostering a love for physical activity.

For teens aged 16-19 in Pt Loma, we offer exclusive 1ON1 sessions in a state-of-the-art gym facility. With personalized attention and access to top-notch equipment, participants can unleash their full potential under Coach Bryan’s guidance.

In Pacific Highlands Ranch, our community recreation center gyms host sessions for teens aged 14-19, accommodating 1-4 participants. Here, the emphasis is on mastering movement and mobility, instilling self-confidence, and nurturing a passion for fitness that will endure beyond the summer months.
