Mission Bay Youth Fitness Classes: Building Strong Bodies and Confident Minds

Mission Bay youth fitness classes by Wired Fitness San Diego are your child’s chance to level up this summer. This high-energy, confidence-building program blends strength training, cardio conditioning, and functional movement into fun, structured workouts — all outdoors at scenic Mission Bay Park.

Led by Coach Bryan Schuler (25+ years experience), these group sessions help kids build power, agility, coordination, and motivation while making friends and learning new skills. Each 60-minute class is designed for real results and lifelong healthy habits.

What Kids Will Experience Expect in Our Mission Bay Youth Fitness Classes?

This summer program delivers:

Speed, agility, and balance training

Improved cardio & confidence

Fun, inclusive team-style workouts

Using equipment like sandbags, resistance bands, ropes, medicine balls, and TRX straps — plus the Mission Bay playground — kids will move, sweat, and grow stronger each week.

Summer Schedule & Location

✅Location: Mission Bay Park (exact site TBD)

Start Date: June 2025

✅Ages: 8–15

✅Times: Morning & late-morning options

✅Frequency: 2–3 sessions per week

All sessions are 60 minutes long. This is a non-membership, open-enrollment program. Spots will fill fast.
