Whats Involved in the Summer Fitness Classes for Kids and Teens?

Fitness for Kids (Ages 8–12)

Younger kids thrive in structured, playful fitness environments — and that’s exactly what our 8–12 age group offers. These sessions are built on fun movement patterns like crawling, jumping, balancing, and superhero-style agility drills.

Teen Strength Training (Ages 13–18)

Our teen program focuses on safe resistance training, functional movement, and goal-based performance. Teens develop physical strength, cardiovascular endurance, and body awareness — while also building the mental toughness to succeed in and out of sports.
