Training Structure and What to Expect

Each session is 100% structured for success and positive reinforcement:

✅ Strength and resistance training with safe tools (TRX, bands, med balls, dumbbells)
✅ Core work, posture, and coordination development
✅ Sport-specific skill training (when appropriate)
✅ Cool-down and recovery education
✅ Tracking sheets and parental updates (optional)

Programs available for ages 8–18. Sessions are 45–60 minutes. Some gyms require members to be 14+
