What’s Included in the Summer Program?

Each session is designed to keep kids engaged, progressing, and having fun. Classes are grouped by age and skill level, with coaching that adapts to the individual.

✅ Flexibility and recovery-focused sessions

✅ Social-emotional coaching for confidence and teamwork

All classes are led by certified youth fitness professionals with years of experience coaching kids ages 8–18.

Our youth summer fitness programs are open to kids and teens ages 8–16 who want to:

No prior fitness experience is needed. Every participant starts where they are and progresses from there.

 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
 Ages 13–18

MISSION BAY PARK – SAN DIEGO
 Tuesday & Thursday
 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
 Ages 8–16

TEEN ADVANCED CLASSES (16+)
 Tue & Thu @ 5:30 PM, Sat @ 8:00 AM
