One philosophy I live by is, “Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome.” If you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere worth while.
I bring to the table, 35+ years of personal workout experience since my childhood, playing with my dad’s plastic, sand-filled weights and dumbbells’ in the basement, to the start of my consistent lifting career playing freshman football and today surpassing personal records every workout.
