WHY WIRED FITNESS?

It’s hard doing it on your own, at Wired Fitness San Diego we have created a culture of motivation in our group fitness bootcamp classes catering to those seeking a little edge!

We motivate you into learning how to get fit for life and help you maintain this progress over time.  We track your progress by measurements and before and after pictures while participating in our outdoor boot camp if you choose.

Our convenient schedule of morning and after work classes help to ensure you can fit us in your daily routine. We suggest you attend class a minimum of three days per week, although you can participate as much as you want with our unlimited packages!

Your training journey starts with your first class.  From there your trainer will set a schedule for you based on your goals, and other activities you are participating in.

LARGE GROUP FITNESS BOOTCAMPS

Enjoy an outdoor fitness bootcamp classes in Carmel Valley and Mission Bay, or create a private group for you and your friends with our small group training program. No equipment needed and no workouts ever repeated.  Start your first class tomorrow!

SMALL GROUP FITNESS TRAINING

Grab a friend, coworker or two, your family and create your own training group in a location of your choice.  We will also create a group with like-minded participants with similar goals.  Equipment used will be based on the fitness levels of all.

NUTRITION PLANNING & COACHING

Customized macro calculations, meal planning, recipes and grocery lists.  Take your fitness to new heights with a dialed in nutrition plan.  Support and accountability will take you to success.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Individualized sessions designed for you and your specific goals. Programs offered at your home, office, nearby park, or in a gym in Noprth Park area.  Train with a buddy for added fun and support in our small group training.

ONLINE COACHING

Customized workout sessions designed for you and your specific goals. Programs will be designed based on equipment available to you for your training session.  Awesome for people that are motivated and just need to know what to do.

YOUTH FITNESS

Programs for kids age 11-17.  PE class to the MAX.  Group classes that will take your child to the next level in body and mind.  Build social skills, develop strength and a mindset that will have them excelling in school.
