Yes — your first adult outdoor group fitness class is free. Youth fitness programs are not free, but we offer flexible pricing options depending on session type and frequency.
Every workout can be modified. With 25+ years of biomechanics and injury-prevention experience, Bryan adjusts every exercise to fit your ability level safely.
No. Programs are month-to-month with flexible scheduling for youth and adults.
Youth typically start between ages 10–17. Younger kids may be accepted based on maturity and attention span.
Most adults burn between 350–650 calories depending on intensity, pace, and conditioning level.
Expect increases in strength, coordination, confidence, speed, and injury resistance — along with long-term fitness habits.
Adults meet at Mission Bay Park (T/Th 5:30 PM, Sat 8:00 AM). Youth meet in Carmel Valley or at Boulevard Fitness in University Heights.
Yes — adults and teens can book 1-on-1 or small group (2–3 people) strength sessions outdoors or in the gym.
No, but you're always welcome to observe. Most parents drop off and return at the end of the session.
