Is the first class free?

Yes — your first adult outdoor group fitness class is free. Youth fitness programs are not free, but we offer flexible pricing options depending on session type and frequency.

What if I’m dealing with an injury or limitation?

Every workout can be modified. With 25+ years of biomechanics and injury-prevention experience, Bryan adjusts every exercise to fit your ability level safely.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Programs are month-to-month with flexible scheduling for youth and adults.

How old do kids need to be for youth fitness programs?

Youth typically start between ages 10–17. Younger kids may be accepted based on maturity and attention span.

How many calories will I burn in an outdoor workout?

Most adults burn between 350–650 calories depending on intensity, pace, and conditioning level.

What kind of results will my child get?

Expect increases in strength, coordination, confidence, speed, and injury resistance — along with long-term fitness habits.

Where are the classes located?

Adults meet at Mission Bay Park (T/Th 5:30 PM, Sat 8:00 AM). Youth meet in Carmel Valley or at Boulevard Fitness in University Heights.

Do you offer private training?

Yes — adults and teens can book 1-on-1 or small group (2–3 people) strength sessions outdoors or in the gym.

Do parents need to stay during youth sessions?

No, but you're always welcome to observe. Most parents drop off and return at the end of the session.

How fast will I or my child see results?

Most clients notice improvements within 3–4 weeks, with major changes in 8–12 weeks.
