Wired Fitness San Diego has been running the Carmel Valley Boot Camp class and other outdoor HIIT classes around San Diego County for almost 20 years. Changing lives of participants from the age of 6 to our most senior participant at 75 years young. Located in the same park for about 18 years, we’ve mastered the terrain and what this park offers you.
No workout has ever been repeated! We may have a similar theme, but the combination of exercises changes every session. We try and stay away from boring steady state cardio and incorporate fast-movements and short spurts of cardio into the routine to elevate the heart rate to maximize caloric burn. Our entire routine can be modified for the most beginner, to the more advanced participant.
All equipment used is provided for the participants, except a fitness mat that you are required to bring for yourself. In this location we frequently use: Medicine balls, TRX, battle ropes, resistance bands (4 types), sand bags, kettle bells, and occasionally bring out the barbells for circuits. We have access to 3 stair cases, 2 running track loops, basketball courts, an amphitheater and an incline ramp for cardio and drills.
We are currently running our classes in a socially distanced manner and not using shared equipment. If we do use equipment it is yours for the class. It will be cleaned before, after and during if necessary. Join us in our smaller capacity classes or create your own small group fitness session of up to 4 participants (as low as $20/session per person).
