We work with children as young as 8 years old, all the way through age 18. For younger kids, we recommend private one-on-one sessions either at home or in a quiet outdoor space. Teenagers (13+) may be eligible for small group training or gym-based options depending on comfort level and goals.
Yes! Wired Fitness is familiar with the SDRC (San Diego Regional Center) system, and many of our clients receive support through it. We’ll provide any necessary documentation and progress reports you may need for SDRC coordination.
