Looking to melt that unwanted weight gained during the Covid pandemic? WIRED FITNESS is forming ‘NEW‘ Boot Camp Classes in San Diego to help you incinerate that extra fat and calories we all gained over the past year.
If a group setting isn’t for you, we can personalize your workouts in a private personal training session, create a small private group of 2-4 participants, create a customized workout and nutrition program you can do in your home-gym or wherever you want to work out. Wired Fitness has several programs to help you change your life, approach to health and fitness, to create long-lasting modifications to your daily lives.
We have been offering ‘outdoor’ training for almost 20 years in San Diego, helping over 5,000 locals adopt a healthy lifestyle they can carry with them for years to come. Our classes are 60-minute metabolic styled workouts that will help you burn 400-800 calories each session, while, incorporating strength, core, cardiovascular and flexibility training into the mix.
Our classes are all ages (children <13 need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian), and all fitness levels. Everything we do can be modified to challenge you to step out of your current comfort zone. Our workouts can be as intense as you want it to be. Our coaches have advanced degrees and upper-level specialized certifications to ensure you have an injury free experience.
