With a deep passion for fitness, Coach Bryan has built Wired Fitness into one of San Diego’s top outdoor training programs. As a Master of Exercise Science, he specializes in advanced sports performance strategies, injury prevention, and science-backed fitness optimization. His mission? Empower individuals to move better, train smarter, and achieve lasting strength.
I work with young athletes and developing teens in both private and group settings. Programs are tailored to:
