NUTRITIONAL MACROS ARE AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT TO THE SUCCESS OF YOUR PROGRAM

Macros are the metric we can use to create individualized nutritional intakes, measure nutrients, create specific changes in performance and your body composition.  Coaches will use these nutritional macros to help you achieve your goals objectively and effectively.  You can track your macros no matter what diet program you are following:

  • Intermittent Fasting (IF)
  • Carb Cycling
  • Vegan
  • Keto
  • Vegetarian
  • Carnivore
  • Bodybuilding

Tracking your nutritional macros is NOT a diet.  It’s just a number – a tool to help you be in the know about what you are consuming on a daily basis.

You can always eat how you feel (intuitively), but starting out you should have a roadmap to keep you on track. This is a way to build self-awareness and learn what it means to be flexible.  It will also teach you about nutrient timing (what to eat, when) and what your body needs to fuel your day and activities.   You will gain control over food and not the food controlling you.

To find out what your macros should be based on your body, stats, lifestyle, activity levels, contact a coach today.  If you are local to the San Diego area we can conduct a body fat test (using calipers) or schedule you a body scan (using the Body Image machine) to customize even further.

Contact a coach today to schedule your assessment.  Nutrition coaching is also available on a monthly basis.  You will get a minimum of two meal plans geared towards your goals.  All plans include foods you tell the coaches you love and must have.  NO recipes will include foods you dislike or can’t stand.  Bland food is for sick people!  Nutrition is meant to be fun so it keeps you on track, focused on the end-game.
