You don’t need a gym membership or fancy equipment. We bring real training to a real San Diego location—Mission Bay Park.

Here’s how it works:

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6:30 PM

✅ Ages 8–18 (grouped by experience and development)

✅ Small group format for individual attention

✅ Beautiful, safe, open-air environment

In-home or private gym training also available on request

Our Mission Bay youth fitness classes are the perfect combo of convenience, professional instruction, and outdoor energy.

Youth Cross-Training (Ages 13+):

🔹Pacific Highlands Ranch – Mon/Wed @ 4:00 PM

Takes place in a community gym in a Pacific Highlands Ranch neighborhood

Advanced Teen Classes (Ages 16+):

🔹Mission Bay Park – Tue/Thu @ 5:30 PM, Sat @ 8:00 AM

Faster-paced, more intense conditioning for athletes or motivated teens
