To join a HIIT Class all you have to do is click on one of the place holders to check the distance from you. We currently have four boot camp class locations for you to schedule, two in Carmel Valley, Clairemont and Mission Bay. We plan to add more fun workout spots around the San Diego area this summer and fall.

Our San Diego HIIT Classes have their own unique features that add variety to your workouts.
Mission Bay provides a grassy and sand environment that includes flat to hilly terrains that will increase the intensity of your workouts.
Carmel Valley has 3 sets of staircases, concrete running loops, a long elevated ramp and an amphitheater to add additional variety to our challenging workouts.
Clairemont has a long hilly terrain with a concrete track around the park for runs. If you are looking to change up your workouts using various equipment and terrains.
