Welcome to the longest-continuous running outdoor fitness class in San Diego for almost 20 years.  Our Carmel Valley Boot Camp is offered 3 days a week at 6:00AM.   These classes cater to all ages, with the average age of 40.  They range from beginners to a more conditioned fitness enthusiast.

Our boot camp classes are not as brutal as a military-styled program, but our trainers will not let you sacrifice your experience with a half-effort workout. While participants are not pushed beyond their physical capabilities, the intensity of the coaches and the underlying goal of rapid improvement help the members believe they can change and improve, making it tougher and more self-confident as they see measurable results.  There is an addictive quality of boot camp workouts due to the comprehensive nature of the sessions driving long term change and lifestyle adaptation. 

The high-intensity interval training (HIIT) of boot camp workouts means your you will be pushed to your limits, not just specific muscles.  The goal of these workouts is not to improve one specific area, but a total-body transformation.  This combination of intense resistance training, cardio and functional movements will help you tone and grow your muscles, while providing an increase in endurance to maximize your experience. 

Accountability is important when you are involved in a fitness program.  Since the classes involve numerous participants, interaction and engagement are promoted, increasing the social engagement.  This interaction keeps individuals accountable, promoting friendship with other like-minded enthusiasts that want to get healthy together.
