I got started with Bryan after a friend found a Groupon online. I ended up attending 3 days a week for about a year before I moved away. This was my first bootcamp experience, but it was very motivating and effective for me. After about a 1-2 weeks of attending I finally was able to complete most of the workouts. I became addicted to getting up early (5am) and looked forward to every workout. It was great having an instructor who varied the workouts from day to day. If not for having to move to another area I’d become a ‘regular’ again. The first class is free! You should try it out.
