I started with Wired Fitness through a Groupon I purchased. I was a little nervous but exctied to try something new. It was definitely different and challenging, in a good way! Every class is different so you won’t get bored with the same workouts. And they are hard! You will work muscles you never even knew you had. If you keep up with it, your endurance will increase and you will feel great! I started out going once a week but am now a regular client, attending 4-5 days a week! I dropped 15% body fat in 7 months :). And two years later I have no plans on stopping anytime soon! I love Bryan and all the trainers on staff.
